In accordance with the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL), any student who intends to participate in high school interscholastic athletics must have on file with the school, a record of a physical examination performed within the previous three (3) years. Any student who has not previously participated and/or does not have a Sports Qualifying Physical Exam (SQPE)/medical clearance to participate in high school athletics will be required to submit such a physical and be cleared to participate. If your student does not have a physical on file or has one that is dated prior to Nov 15, 2020, please complete this process and upload as soon as possible. You can find the last physical date information in Family Access: Select student, select Health Info, click Display Options next to student's first name, select Show Physical Exams.
